DESCRIPTION:Wednesday 15th July 2026 | 7:30pm | St Bronagh’s Social Club\, Rostrevor\nFiddlers Green Festival is honoured to welcome one of Ireland’s most respected and enduring songwriters\, Luka Bloom\, to Rostrevor for a very special evening of music and storytelling. \nFrom his early beginnings as Barry Moore in the 1970s to becoming Luka Bloom in 1987\, his remarkable musical journey has taken him across Ireland\, Europe\, the United States\, and Australia\, performing at some of the world’s most renowned festivals including Glastonbury\, Newport Folk Festival\, Cambridge Folk Festival\, Pinkpop\, and Roskilde. \nKnown for his powerful live performances\, heartfelt songwriting\, and masterful guitar playing\, Luka Bloom has built a devoted international following through songs that combine honesty\, humanity\, humour\, and deep emotional connection. Albums such as Riverside\, The Acoustic Motorbike\, and Turf helped establish him as one of the defining voices in contemporary Irish folk music. \nNow celebrating more than fifty years of songwriting\, Luka continues to create and evolve.
